Dan Aldridge was born and raised in Florence, Alabama, and graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1981 with a Finance Degree.  He attended Cumberland School of Law earning his doctorate of jurisprudence in 1984.

Dan was admitted to practice in 1984 and began his legal career in Huntsville, Alabama.  Dan and the late Don Howard joined forces as partners of the law firm of Howard & Aldridge, P.C., with primary focus being personal injury and medical negligence litigation.  In September, 2008, firm name was changed to Aldridge Law Firm, P.C.

In 1999, Dan was admitted to practice in Tennessee.

In addition to practicing law, Dan has been involved in the Huntsville community where he has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs since 1986.  He is also an active member of the First United Methodist Church where he participates in the church choir.
